Consulting Services

Refunds for consulting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the consulting services provided, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to request a refund. Refunds are issued at the discretion of PuntoCom SRL and may be subject to deductions for any work already completed.

SaaS Subscriptions

SaaS subscriptions through Tecnocloud are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@srlpunto.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Services that have been fully rendered or completed.
  • Subscription fees for periods that have already commenced.
  • Any fees related to third-party integrations or services.
